Ouch! -- That's not me.

Today was one of the worst 30 minutes I've had on the practice tee in years.  Out of the 90 balls I hit, I think that none of them were correct!  Looking at this objectively.  It's not me.

What else could it be?  My personal life subconsciously affecting me.  My lack of focus and deliberate purpose when taking a shot.

Luckily, I grabbed a golf book this morning and threw it into my bag this morning before leaving.  The book was 50 Years of Golfing Wisdom by John Jacobs.   This is the best book in my collection, and I had bookmarked one particular section on page 213:  Follow Jack's Methodical Approach  

The main take-away is to practice like you play.  Next time, I will try to keep this in my mind.
